What kind of names do you accept under your Agent Agreement?  

Name Seller Agent: 

Short, memorable, easy to pronounce, easy to spell .com domain names and two-keyword .com domain names for a business, product or service.

Name Seller Page: 

We accept all Domain Names for a $10 USD Page Creation Fee and a $199 USD Commission payable at the time of a sale.

How do I list a domain name with  

Name Seller: 

Submit your name(s) via email or give us a call to discuss your situation.

Name Seller Page:

Submit Domain Names with your $ 10 USD payment.

What are your fees?

Name Seller Page:

$10 USD Sales Page Creation Fee.

What is your commission?  

Name Seller: 

A $ 500 USD PrePaid Seller Agent Fee and then, at the time of a sale, $ 500 USD or between 7% and 15% of the Gross Sale Price, whichever amount is higher and the Name Seller pays the Standard Escrow Transaction Fee.  If the Buyer prefers the Concierge Service at, then the Concierge Transaction Fees are split by the Name Seller and Name Buyer.

Name Seller Page:

At the time of a successful sale, $199 USD Broker Commission.

Who pays the escrow fee?  

The Name Seller is responsible for all standard escrow transaction fees.  If the Buyer prefers the Concierge Service, then the Concierge Transaction Fees will be split between the Name Seller and Name Buyer. 

Do you have any additional fees? 


How do we verify that you own the right to the domain name?  

You must forward your domain name to your sales page at within one week of receiving your URL email.  Also, the contact information you submit for review must match, if any, the public whois information.

How do I get paid?  

You will be paid your Net Amount, less our Agent Fee / Commission and the Escrow Transaction Fees, per the Escrow Service Agreement, once the escrow service has confirmed both sides of the transaction have been completed.

Do I have to re-direct my domain name to my Sales Page?  

Name Seller: 

Yes, we are acting as your Exclusive Sales Agent.

Listing trademark protected domain names:  

When listing a domain name at you are representing that you have the legal right to register and use the domain name and that the domain name is free of any legal proceedings challenging your right to register and/or use the domain name.  It is your responsibility to perform the necessary research, or to hire someone, to ensure that your domain name does not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.  If you are notified of a legal proceeding you must notify so that your domain name can be removed from our website until legal clarification has occurred. reserves the right to remove domain names from our listings and website which, in's sole discretion, may infringe or violate the rights of a third party.
